Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Growth fuels my passion for health and fitness. Over the years exercising, I’ve came to realize it’s the absolute base for overall quality of life. It’s helped me gain clarity, confidence and has allowed me to push myself past limits I never believed I could accomplish. Someday I hope my passion for healthy and fitness translates into other individuals lives where they can find that happiness and same passion I do to be better everyday.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is by doing athletic exercises in the weight room. Currently I am on a football workout program and this has been my favorite year of working out. I’m keeping track of my numbers and staying very consistent each week. These workouts include exercises that involve a lot of plyometric work and athletic movements. This translates to on field training where I love to train there to get more athletic and more lean. I love to go out on the turf and work to get better.

What would you do with $20,000?

With my love for helping others, I would use this money to give some to a charities (or make my own type of charity) that helps support individuals get started with training to become a healthier more confident individual. This hits home for me because I never had the financial support to get me into a gym and never had one on one help. I believe with alot of people unable to pay for a membership, helping people financially get into the gyms will allow for an all around healthier environment.
