Dave Ramirez

My journey started from a place of experiencing pain and hardship as a child. I became tired of feeling small and feeling I had no control over my life. Looking back at my journey, it has gone beyond the initial goal of building my body. I have built strength, resilience, and my ability to see people in a unique way. I reached balance between my body, mind, and soul, to be able to give back.

The most important things for me are athleticism, functionality, and longevity. I strength train, hike and spend time in nature to reset mentally and to stay grounded. I practice yoga and breathwork to stay mobile and balanced. I focus my training on developing mind, body, and spirit, so I can mindfully continue becoming the best version of myself to support others who want to expand beyond the limitations of their minds on their own growth and healing journeys.

I would use it to support my next goal after retiring from the military and continue serving others thought a holistic H&F platform. My goal is to empower people to rebuild their relationship with themselves through awareness, compassion, and purpose. The long-term, I aim to create a nonprofit supporting children in under-resourced communities by improving access to health and education. Ultimately, using my skills and passion for H&F to create a positive impact on other people's lives.
