It’s not about perfection—it’s about showing up daily, improving a little, and becoming someone my daughter can look up to. What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Structured strength training with intention. Progressive overload, focused rest, and clean execution. I enjoy lifting heavy, training consistently, and respecting recovery. Strength training challenges both body and mind, and it’s the most honest way I know to build resilience, discipline, and long-term health.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d invest it into my health, my platform, and my future. That means continuing education, better recovery tools, and creating content that inspires others to train with purpose. I’d also set aside part of it for my daughter—because building strength is important, but building legacy matters more.
