My passion is fueled by seeing people rise from places they once felt stuck or broken. Fitness was a personal turning point in my own life, and God uses it as a tool for healing, discipline, and confidence! Every rep, every session is a reminder that strength can be rebuilt and so can faith, purpose, and hope.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love combining weighted calisthenics with intentional recovery and discipline! Training my body with strength and control, using cold plunges for resilience, and fueling myself with clean food, plenty of water, and minimal sugar. Consistency and diligence are the foundation showing up daily builds strength far beyond the physical.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into my coaching business to multiply its impact, help the homeless, and tithe faithfully into the church. I believe in being a good steward of what God entrusts to me, multiplying it without hesitation or delay. I’d also continue building a strong, secure, and purpose-filled life for my 9-year-old son!
