To be honest It started out as an escape from reality, then I found myself reaching goals I set for myself, and then I started playing trainer with my friend with less experience.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like calisthenics and adventure sports. I started body building then switched to adventure sports easily from skateboarding in my childhood. I believe that real training should be geared towards longevity.
What would you do with $20,000?Start a fitness organization with my friends. Give money to my family to help pay for the air conditioning and a broken microwave
