Receive Text UpdatesFitness gave me more than strength so I could compete at a high level in sports when I was younger — it gave me purpose. I’ve seen how consistent movement, accountability, and community can transform confidence, health, and mindset. Helping people do things they never thought they could, physically and mentally, is what drives me every day. Health isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up, building a lifestyle, and changing lives one workout at a time.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Functional strength training with conditioning is my favorite way to train. I love workouts that are challenging, build real-world strength, athleticism, and resilience - lifting, moving, sweating, and challenging the mind. Training in a group environment keeps it fun, competitive, and motivating, and it reminds me that fitness is better when it’s shared.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d reinvest it into expanding access to health and fitness - supporting my gym community, improving training resources, and helping more people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to train. I’d also use the platform to spread a message that fitness isn’t about extremes, it’s about consistency, confidence, and building a stronger more enjoyable, healthier life.
