I LOVE A BREATHE FITNESS ., everyday I practice to be the BEST me I can be ., I’ve been training for over 10 yrs now and commercially at gyms All over NYC for about 3yrs now I’m currently in progress of getting my Bachelor's in Acct Business at Monroe University with one year remaining and with my degree I plan open my own fitness center for persons of all ages to promote health and wellness in my community if I do win the 20K especially that would be a great kickstart for my future plans
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love to to attach HiiT TRAINING in my everyday workouts ., having a a target areas in mind but the opener and the finishers to my workouts I look towards HIIT routines faithfully
What would you do with $20,000?I plan to open my own fitness center for persons of all ages to promote health and wellness in my community if I do win the 20K especially that would be a great kickstart for my future plans, My fitness center would be a non for profit that I plan to work with my city to create awareness of health plans and routines for persons fit keeping fit or trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle this in NYC would be refreshing :-)
