What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Being a health care provider (physical therapy) I feel that being a standard for my profession, patients and a representation of the absolute importance of not just external but internal health is of the utmost importance.All to often I find now “healthcare providers” not only have minimal information to educated the public about but also physically are the same if not more unhealthy then the patients they treat.To my from the profession as a whole that’s just unacceptable from our career field

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love your stereotypical, bodybuilding training style. I am not just a competitive bodybuilder I am a fan of the sport and lifestyle as a hole. The Sport has taught me so much more than just having a better physique. It’s taught me delayed gratification, sacrifice, discipline, how to work hard for something when the destination is unknown, how to pull yourself back up from the floor when things don’t go your way, and so many more life lesson lessons. I owe who I am today to this lifestyle.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would start the process of investing it, so I can start giving my wife the life. I promised her. She is sacrifice so much for me and my career, and my dreams and my goals, and my aspirations. I’ve always only wanted to give her the life that she deserves because she is my rock. She is my backbone. She is the steady ship I sail on in the stormiest of waters. I just want to prove her right to the world for defending me and always betting on me. I love her more than anything!
