What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is functional, high-intensity work that challenges both body and mind HYROX-style training through F45. It keeps me strong, conditioned, and mentally sharp, while constantly pushing my limits and building community at the same time.
What would you do with $20,000?I would take my family on a meaningful vacation and use part of it to grow my gym’s community events creating spaces where fitness, mental health, and real connection come together to change lives for the better.
