My Son is my fuel! I try to stay as healthy and positive as possible, so he knows with fitness and discipline no matter what life throws at you, you’re able to at least get in the arena and fight. Without your health you will be sitting in the stands watching someone else wishing you would have taken better care of yourself!

My favorite way to stay fit at the moment is wrestling with my son and other student wrestlers and weight training. I was injured pretty bad in high school wrestling my junior year, tried coming back to soon and I pretty much missed out my whole senior year. When I was able to I started lifting weights to get back in shape and fell in love with training. I never thought I would ever be able to wrestle again, but staying fit I was able to apply for the coaching position and was offered the job.

My Father has brain cancer and my mother is his care taker at 80 years old. They gave my father three months and he is on 5 years! He was a wrestler also! They live on a very very small fixed income. My son and I try to help physically and financially as much as we can but we are stretched very thin also. This would not only help monetarily but physically and mentally. It would relieve some stress by being able to pay bills and we would be able to purchase some healthier food for all of us
