What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Staying healthy and fit is paramount to a good life. I love to motivate people and help others around me live to their fullest potential. I advocate for fitness as a way to combat mental health issues and maintain quality of life. I am currently enrolled in college for a degree in nutritional science to further my passion for health and fitness, and to continue to help others.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I like to spend my time in the gym, utilizing high intensity training, with a focus on progressive overload. I enjoy walking my dogs, staying active, hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest, which is where I call home. I focus on nutrition in addition to physical exercise, with an emphasis on a well balanced diet and macronutrient profile individualized to specific needs.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I achieved my goal of being featured in Mr. Health and Fitness, I would use the money to invest in my future continued education and degree field of study. I believe I have so much to offer the fitness world through my own personal trials and tribulations in life, which have motivated me to keep going, and help others who may be struggling or just want to be healthier. I believe that I am an example of how hard life can be and how much fitness has helped me heal on my personal journey.
