What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have always and still love, intense, weight training, riding my bicycle and eating clean!
What would you do with $20,000?I will compete again in July 2026 in an NPC bodybuilding competition. I will embrace my competition prep for a few months and then take my wife of 33 years on a wonderful excursion.
