Throughout my life I’ve handled my own share of hardships as a first generation American. With my 34th year I’ve discovered I have ADHD. The world in my head sometimes felt so chaotic and it was hard finding a place where I truly belong. Music, fitness, and health have been the only things in life where I find tranquility and my soul aligns itself with the world.

I love to cross-train. Weightlifting originally was always my go to until I hit that wall and had to find a way to pivot. I was introduced Jiu Jitsu which has become very fundamental for me. I’m now learning more about what my body can do through experience. Not just at the iron church either. I love to fish! Getting out for a walk or a hike when I want that reset. Even biking to see my city

I’d try to transform the lives of others with it including mine. There’s a vision to create a space of learning, sharing, and experience through online coaching. Hopefully we can create a community of people that don’t just want to look good with their body, but feel strong and carry that with them through their daily lives. We are more than just a desk and a chair. I want to help people believe in themselves and feel alive. Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth - Ali
