I focus on compound lifts, functional exercises, and progressive overload, while staying active with daily walks and conditioning work. Consistency matters more than intensity, so I train with purpose, fuel my body well, and prioritize recovery. This approach keeps me strong, balanced, and mentally sharp year-round.

With $20,000, I would invest in growth, impact, and longevity. I’d expand my training, education, and recovery to perform at my highest level, while building a platform that promotes sustainable health and discipline.
