Losing my father to cancer changed everything. At the time, I was 390 lbs, unhealthy, and heading down the same path. Fitness became my way of taking control of my body, my future, and my life. What fuels me now is honoring my dad by living with discipline and helping others realize it’s never too late to change. Every rep, every client, and every day is about becoming better than yesterday.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Bodybuilding-style training is my foundation because it taught me discipline, patience, and respect for my body. I combine progressive resistance training with daily cardio, mobility, and recovery to support long-term health. Training is more than looking a certain way it’s about building habits that protect your future and allow you to show up strong for the people who matter most.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use it to strengthen the foundation my wife and I are building together investing in our future, and creating stability for the family we plan to raise. Health isn’t just physical; it’s mental, emotional, and financial. Being able to provide, plan ahead, and build a secure life allows me to show up fully as a husband, future father, and role model for others pursuing long-term wellness.
