Receive Text UpdatesFor me, fitness is a lifestyle I have maintained for over 30 years. It is not solely about appearance, but about how it makes you feel—stronger, more confident, and more energized. Fitness also supports a long, healthy life, allowing you to fully enjoy what matters most. Exercise releases endorphins that promote a positive mindset, which is especially important when managing stress or challenges. Fitness is ultimately an investment in yourself.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My motivation to stay fit comes from my 25 years of service with the FDNY. The physical demands of my profession require consistent training to ensure I am prepared to perform my duties and help save lives. My preferred way to train is alongside my 14-year-old son, as lifting weights together builds strength, discipline, and confidence. The most effective training challenges you, improves well-being, and encourages continued commitment.
What would you do with $20,000?I have 14-year-old twins in high school, and I would invest this award in their college education, helping secure their future and support their dreams.
