Receive Text UpdatesI grew up a minority in a Village of Western Alaska. My early life wasn’t easy. I was picked on and taunted. Age 12, I bought a Sears brand Soloflex. I worked those bands until they snapped. Bought bigger bands, snapped them too. My peers started to notice my strength and proceeded to leave me alone. As I grew stronger and my self esteem blossomed, people around me noticed. I used my influence for positivity and have been attracting ever since.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Obviously, bodybuilding has been deep in my DNA. I played college basketball. All 4 of my children have received NCAA scholarships. Now, I am training with lighter weights and far more cardio. I’m on my sled every chance I get.
What would you do with $20,000?There is a gym in Anchorage called The Sweat Lab. I wholeheartedly believe in Miss Horns mission. I would donate this money to that gym and help host fitness camps for the Native children of Alaska. #makeyourselfak
