Receive Text UpdatesThe desire to feel good and maintain optimal mobility. Working out makes me feel younger, and I'm confident that maintaining a regimen throughout the years has helped in my recovery from fairly debilitating stenosis (and the nerve damage that came with it). It's no secret that working out with proper form helps with movement in life 'outside the gym,' I'd say it also helps with confidence, discipline... and looking better naked.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like to mix it up. I'm a certified personal trainer and a Bell Mechanics Certified kettlebell coach. I love kettlebells — they train strength, cardio, and mobility, (pretty efficient) — they're a lot of fun. Having said that, I use dumbbells, barbells, body weight and jump ropes in various workouts. It keeps things interesting for the body and the mind.
What would you do with $20,000?Well, I have two daughters in college and they're everything to me, so... let's say "higher education."
