What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I enjoy interacting with others at the gym, supporting their goals and encouraging them to continue their fitness journey. For more than forty years, I have been devoted to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, eating a balanced diet, and working out consistently throughout the years.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I weight train three days a week. I think full-body routines are optimal for most people because you train each body part three days a week, while providing rest days for muscle recovery and growth. I adamantly think the most effective way to improve fitness and strength is consistency. Full body workouts provide the flexibility of building muscle and fitness by maximizing efficiency while balancing the responsibilities of work and family.

What would you do with $20,000?

I have two children in college, so I would use the money to pay a portion of the college tuition.
