Its well known, fitness is a great anti-depressant. I hope by my story, my fitness journey, others will be encouraged to begin or continue theirs.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I mostly train for hypertrophy, with a mix of strength training. Adding, 2-3 , 5k runs per week and the results speak for themselves.
What would you do with $20,000?2k of the 20k would go to ‘U turn for Christ’ - A ministry devoted to helping men and women Defeat addictions, through the power of prayer and Jesus. I would buy my younger brother a computer worthy of being able to accomplish his work. He does graphic design and his computer broke. The other 15-16k would go to a down payment on a house. I’ve never owned a house, that has been a goal for several years.
