What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way of training is high volume because muscles don't know what you are lifting only that they are being destroyed and diet and sleep keep me building lean mass with no injuries 💪
What would you do with $20,000?Me and my wife have our own dog rescue that we started after we got married in 2018 and into 2026 we have saved and adopted out over 500 dogs,I would use the money to keep saving lives and expand our rescue to grab more dogs from kill shelters and puppy mills and help other rescues if they need money for beds,cages and food and supplies
