What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?It has changed over the years. At 59 I focus more on maintaining by using moderate weight with perfect form and contracting the muscles I’m working on. Also stretching and using the sauna has become a big part of my training
What would you do with $20,000?I would like to donate funds to help others and take a vacation. In NY-I organized the Cops and Kids basketball Program, mentoring youths through teamwork, discipline and accountability. In York County-I founded the Fort Mill Knicks Basketball Organization, teaching young athletes life lessons centered on sacrifice, commitment and leadership. Global Impact-I continue to to give back internationally by donating school supplies and providing Christmas meals to families in need in Dominican Rep
