At my current age of 49, I clearly debunk the mathematical formula used to calculate your maximum heart rate, 220 less your age.

Receive Text UpdatesMy desire to stay healthy, and inspire those from my home gym, which I do for free as CEO of Unlock Your Bio Energy. When the body is a master at compensating for things, one must find ways to stay ahead of that compensation. That process can be difficult, but with discipline, anything can be achieved. And when I speak about the mathematical formula used to calculate maximum heart rates, I regularly hit over 200 bpm, and I am not afraid to keep doing it.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like combining a 9 minute warmup session of cardio, that includes a short burst of maximum intensity and then combine resistance training with that of tempo and vibration. Then after each week of resistance training exercises for all muscle groups, I test my progress with a deck of cards that calls all the shots during a workout and then finish each week with a 10 min cardio HIIT and a fitness stress test. Doing so, I see how my body adapts, resets and regenerates the known 78 DNA genes.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use some of the funds to procure a VO₂ max measuring device to prove that I am indeed as real as a heart attack, and it will help me continue doing what I do to help motivate those around the world who are wanting to change their lives for the better, to live well, live long and to live young. There is nothing worse than not being able to sit down and get up off a toilet later in life, and I will do everything I can to enable my goal of being able to do it until the day I leave.
