My passion comes from proving limits wrong. After a TBI, stroke, and losing half my skull during my Marine Corps deployment, I rebuilt myself from rock bottom, relearning how to walk and speak. Fitness saved my life. I share my story to push others forward, because I know what the bottom feels like. This isn’t about money, it’s about showing people that no matter how broken you feel, you can rise, overcome anything, and choose more for yourself.

I train through bodybuilding with a high intensity, low volume approach. Heavy weights, controlled reps, and strict form. For me, this is rehabilitation. Every set rebuilds grip strength, steadies shaky legs and arms, and reinforces control. I focus on quality over quantity, track my macros, and keep it simple. Less volume, more intent. That’s what delivers results and keeps me consistent.

I’d use it as a tool, not a goal. Supporting my family who stood by me through recovery, creating stability for my children, and reinvesting into my business to grow opportunity beyond myself. But the money isn’t the point. Sharing my story and motivating others to keep pushing forward matters more than any dollar amount.
