The love for my family fuels my passion for health and fitness. I, along with many healthy individuals, will say the same, that aside from the discipline it takes to remain in shape and from sweaty workouts to a balanced diet, one of the most important drives for passion is our family. The desire to keep my health in order for both my sake and theirs. By me being healthy, I am able to take care of my loved ones in many ways!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?One of my favorite ways is through a form of yoga or stretching. Both provide just the right amount of a clear headspace for focusing intently on my breath and being one with my body through my mind. A healthy mind growing with a healthy body is extremely important to me. By instilling this trait I am able to keep my mind and body in equilibrium to maintain health head to toe. Getting a nice arm pump and and ab workout is also right up there with yoga!
What would you do with $20,000?This would be put towards securing my future and aiding my family in any way possible. This would be a big help to spread the gratitude of this prize with my loved ones!
