After 4 years of surgeries, recovery and rebuilding and eventually cancer aspiring to the top of my fitness abilities with bodybuilding became a way to fight my body back. It has helped me live. Now I live to help others.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Due to my limitations strength training is the safest and most effective form of training for me. I train 6 days a week with intensity. Pushing and pulling heavy weight reminds me of how I’ve had to deal with life. In both cases I’ve developed and gotten stronger
What would you do with $20,000?20,000 would allow me to have capital to support my future business in the health space helping people just like me exit strong physical, mental and emotional challenges to be the best version of themselves.
