Receive Text UpdatesWorking out is addicting. The increase in strength, physique and health is important, however the reason why I love going everyday is the endorphins my body produces. If I ever take more than 5 days off the gym I notice my mood is lower. How eventually I would like to participate in bodybuilding shows.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is the push pull leg split. This split satisfies me because it lets me train hard and gives me enough space between muscles groups. I also choose the amount of sets I do based off if I’m trying to gain weight or cut weight. When cutting weight I have lower sets because my muscle doesn’t receive optimal nutritions.
What would you do with $20,000?I want to finishing maybe for my mechanical engineering degree. And with the left over I really would like to start a personal brand, and become well know in the industry.
