Receive Text UpdatesThe desire to be successful in all aspects of my life. Fitness, as well as nutrition fuel my desire to further excel, especially At my age. People of my age are expected to be washed up, using a cane etc, "I refuse to accept that avenue,and put in the work" . There is so much more to life, I want to take part in absorbing positive energy from the fruits that I produce, and is given. All of this in a nutshell, contributes to what fuel me for health and fitness.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I'm not sure how to answer that question because I have specific routines that I utilize depending on the day of the week so monday, I might train my back with my shoulders, tuesday abs with legs, Wednesday shoulders and arms, thursday repeat of Monday, Friday a repeat of Tuesday, and Saturday repeat of Wednesday. Sunday I do my best to rest
What would you do with $20,000?I would take full advantage of the opportunity and finish my holistic nutrition, donate funds to the homeless, and utilize the opportunity to buy more health and nutrition products as well as clothing and many many more things
