My passion for health and fitness is fuelled by transformation—taking discipline built in the gym and applying it to life, mindset, and business. Training gave me structure when life felt scattered, confidence when doubt was loud, and standards when comfort was tempting. Fitness isn’t just how I look; it’s how I show up daily, lead by example, and prove consistency can change everything.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favourite way to train starts with a proper warm-up, then focused weight training following my usual split, finishing with cardio to close the session strong. I take intentional breaks, not just to recover physically, but to connect—engaging with people in the gym, sharing energy, and building community. Training, for me, isn’t just about reps and sets; it’s about discipline, balance, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels motivated.

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would mean everything to me because it represents how far I’ve come—from growing up around hardship and an orphanage in Africa to building discipline, purpose, and a vision through fitness. I would reinvest it directly into my brand: better content, education, and community outreach, so I can inspire others who come from nothing to believe that consistency, self-belief, and action can completely change their life.
