What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Playing basketball for cardio and stairmaster are my two favorites. I also train PPL everyday and take rest days as needed. Always carb up before a workout and get the protein after. It's what i've felt has kept me so lean as well as building muscle mass while doing so!
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in myself to make myself a better athlete all around, as well as share some with friends and family for all their support! Maybe pay off my auto loan as well!
