Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I began working out when I was 12 with my dad. I was on and off into fitness, whether it be lifting or long distance running, and eventually became a heavy smoker and addict. It wasn’t until the tragic death of one of my closest friends who really believed in me that I took a leap and fitness became my lifestyle.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

The best way has to be a classic hot trail run. I live in Ojai california, surrounded by the gorgeous los padres national forest and have taking it upon myself to run its trails in the scorching heat. I like feeling a heavy sweat, the sunlight rejuvenates me, and I love running uphill which there is a lot of here. Overall I just love trail running and getting my cardio in outside! I’m a cross country kid at heart.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would first buy a treadmill and heart rate strap for around 2000 total which I would keep in my room for early morning and late night long running sessions. Next I would use the rest of the money to keep me afloat while I tried to gain popularity as a up and coming influencer who just won 20000! I would use the money to pay for food, races, and sponsors. Overall I would just be greatful to be recognized. Fitness means everything to me and it’s my dream to become a professional athlete.
