Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for fitness revolves around a need to improve myself .1% daily. Why, you might ask? To live for my family as long as I can. To live a high quality of life for as long as I live. To be a good example to those around me, personally and professionally.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?If I don’t have an immediate goal in mind, I prefer to weight train, focusing mainly on hypertophy. Occasionally, I will change the routine and do 3 - 4 weeks of strength or stamina training. Additionally, I would try to get outside and run 8 - 10 miles weekly. If I have a goal or competition coming up, I pivot my training to meet the needs of my goal.
What would you do with $20,000?I would donate half of my proceeds to my Catholic Church. With the remaining sum, I would invest in my son’s future.
