Receive Text UpdatesIn the beginning of high school I was bullied for being short and skinny, I finally got taller, but I needed to gain weight for football. I went from 115-180 pounds between my freshman and senior year of high school. I was a team captain in football and track and I am still playing football in college. My dad has owned a nutrition store for over 25 years and he was always into bodybuilding and working out. My mom is also a doctor of natural health and owns the nutrition store with my dad.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Going to the gym every day whether it’s by myself or with a buddy lifting weights. Working out is how I stay happy, and I wouldn’t be half the man I am today without the gym and physical activity. And don’t underestimate me in pick up basketball! I’m also on the St. Ambrose University football team, and obviously that keeps me in great shape and helps my diet stay clean in order to perform at my best in the offseason and in season. I take pride in staying healthy and fit.
What would you do with $20,000?I have an older brother with Autism, and seeing how many kids there are with autism in today’s society makes me want to help the cause as my parents have been doing for twenty years. I would donate $1,000 to a charity to help children with autism, the other portions would be invested, and used to help pay my remaining college tuition. It would be a blessing to earn 20 thousand dollars, and I feel as if I am a worthy candidate due to my relentless efforts in my health and fitness.
