Receive Text UpdatesHelping people. I’ve had an innate awareness of fitness before I was even old enough to workout. I started at 12 but before that I was doing stuff with my hulk a mania weights and remember holding myself to do a routine before bed. When I started training people at 17 I found my calling.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love weights and strength training in a typical classic sense and I do that about 4 days a week on average but that goes up and down, mostly up; esp if I’m doing a lot of calvs and forearms and ancillary work. I do 1-2 hours a day a day of hip and shoulder, and core bodyweight and balance exercises, with bands sometimes too. Mostly glutes, scapula and rotator cuff stuff, and a 5 min plank. Every day I stand on 1 foot, on each side for a cumulative of 30 minutes per side, or one hour total
What would you do with $20,000?I’d fix the car my grandma left me like new with the dents and paint. I’d pay off my homeowners fees and property taxes for the year. I’d add the rest to opening a private training studio
