Well once you hit the age that I am you realize that you don’t have long left living the way you do. So you have to make drastic changes in your life. I watched my mother just lay down in bed and give up and die and that’s not going to be me. So exercise was the first thing. But then I fell in love with the gym when my son-in-law took me I’ve been working out 4 to 5 days a week ever since so I planned live to be 100
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Well I’d like to do lighter weights with more rips 3 to 4 days a week and then one day a week try to increase the weight with lower reps so I can build strength trying to be careful and not to injure myself the injury of my age could put me out of training altogether for months or even years.
What would you do with $20,000?I realize that there’s no chance that I’ll win the $20,000 I just thought it would be fun to enter. I’ve actually looked at your magazine a good bit ever since I was a lot younger hoping that one day I would look like the people in it I realize that I never will but I’m closer now that I ever have been.
