Receive Text UpdatesShort answer: Wife and kids. Longer answer: I want to see our kids grow into adults with careers and, possibly, families of their own. At 52, I'm almost the age my dad was when we lost him to cancer. He didn't get to my family. Also, after my wife was diagnosed with Lupus I started to understand what it can do to her strength and stamina. That also made me understand a day may come when I need to catch her, help her up, or carry her. I'll need to be strong for her. More on my Facebook page.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Mainly weightlifting in my garage gym every weekday morning. Focus on lean muscle with a rotation to strength every few months. In addition to the weights, I work on my flexibility and range of motion with daily yoga, take short walks (2-3 miles), and try my best to eat mostly healthy.
What would you do with $20,000?Some back to the B+ Foundation to fight childhood cancer, some to The Lupus Foundation of America, some to my wildlife conservation hobby, something nice for my wife, something nice for my kids, upgrade a few things in the garage gym, and anything remaining would go to savings.
