Receive Text UpdatesWhat fueled my furry to make this happen was my health and longevity with my family. I needed to get myself right, so I can be there for my family and show them you can always be better but it starts with you.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Its changed for me some. When I first started the journey it was just me supported by my family. For the past year my wife started coming with me. We both do cardio when we arrive to warm up. After warm up, I lift and work on different muscle groups. My wife and I go every other day to our local planet fitness and have a date night 3 or 4 times a week. Its been really great for us.
What would you do with $20,000?I would do one thing. I had cancer 12 years ago and lost a kidney. Where they removed the kidney, I ended up getting a hernia. Mesh was put in to help enforce where the tear was. I would have a doctor look at my stomach and repair the damage from the original surgery and remove the extra skin I have around my stomach.
