Receive Text UpdatesThe healthier you live, the better your overall quality of life is. You sleep better, you feel great and live longer. The endorphin rush is addicting that in turn helps me manage my PTSD. It’s difficult as an amputee, but showing people it’s not a dead end makes it all worth it.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I train Jiu Jitsu 3-4 times a week, workout with free weights and kettlebells 5-6 times a week and track my MACROS. Martial arts and intense interval workouts are my “go to” and have been since I joined the Marine Corps
What would you do with $20,000?Easy, first I’d give my two kids 2k each, then I would remodel my garage into a sweet looking gym. Definitely get a personal sauna too. I’d take about $500 and put it on red. Once I lost (I’ll lose) I’d go home and workout in my new gym to forget about it
