What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is lifting heavy with purpose and staying consistent. Strength training keeps me disciplined, capable, and mentally sharp. I also prioritize daily movement and conditioning so fitness supports my life instead of taking it over. Training isn’t about extremes for me, it’s about building strength I can use every day.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into expanding my coaching platform and creating free and low cost resources to help more people take control of their health. I would also use it to support my family and continue building a lifestyle rooted in discipline, longevity, and service. The goal would be impact, not just income.
