Bodybuilding changed my life, it gave me self worth. Taught me the meaning of Discipline and determination. Al the goals I achieved are rooted from Bodybuilding. I shared my gift as far back as 1983. I changed someone else's life who is turning 70 this year . Also a Coach and college Professor. I have a son who competes nationally in two sports. Because he grew up watching his father on stage. I trained in a garage for 9years and won 18 championships! I have multiple clients with me 25-30yrs.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I stick with the basics exercises mastery of them built my foundation and my success. My workouts are shorter and intense. Flexibility and endurance are also a major part of my training..
