I’ve been physically active and weight training since I was 18. Living with two diseases and treatments that work against each other, fitness has been the most powerful way to offset side effects and protect my health. My medical team is thrilled with the results, staying strong and complication-free. I’m driven to be a positive role model for others facing health obstacles who aren’t sure where to start.

My favorite ways to stay fit are built into my lifestyle. I walk over 30,000 steps a day, five days a week, through my career as a Purolator courier. I also weight train 4–5 times a week, both at GoodLife Fitness and in my home gym. Daily movement and consistent strength training keep me strong, mobile, and resilient. Getting in shape didn't start yesterday, it began with a commitment many year's ago, to prioritize my Health, and stay consistent throughout my life, Motion is Lotion!

I would invest the $20,000 into my family, community, and passions. I actively volunteer with my local food bank and create Halloween haunts using my Distortion prop collection to collect donations and give high school students volunteer opportunities. I’d help my son’s solo journey across Australia and share it with my wife, whose support fuels my healthy lifestyle.
