My Faith, family and others. I believe that God has blessed me with one life and I have a responsibility to take care of my health. As it pertains to my family, I feel that I have an obligation to do my best to protect and be there to support them. Finally, I want to live a life where I can serve those around me spiritually, physically and mentally for as long as I can.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love being in the gym, training at DiscipleMMA or engaging in outdoor activities. I enjoy the community created at the gym and the MMA studio as well as being involved in outdoor activities that not only add to my physical but also mental well-being.
What would you do with $20,000?I would give to Christian charities to help people in need as well as sponsor MMA fighters that don’t have the financial resources to compete in a sport they love.
