At 53 yrs young, my health and my body need to stay and be elevated to ensure a life style I want to live. I have taken my mind body and soul for granted in the past, and have reversed this frame and “old” story to something incredible and new. Heath and fitness have allowed me to seek a broad, roomy, all inclusive, and never exclusive or forbidding, way of becoming attached to true healthy beingness. The feeling when starting and completing a workout is so positive. I insist on enjoying life!

Structured, organized, simple, complex, heavy weights, and repetition. Hydration, cardio, balanced diet, sauna heat & cold plunges, have been vital. I work out at home with free weights and also in a gym for machines press/pulls. Huge advocate for physical sports and love using boxing to enhance all areas of fitness. Having music and motivational videos in the background have helped push me to hill top limits, reaching large summits each time. Variety of heavy low reps to Mentzer style training.

$20k would add & enhance my personal exercise equipment, help finance my kids sports programs, and allow me to seek a fitness vacation trip. I would also use some of this to help with my amazing 84 yr old moms life, to give back to her and to others.
