Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion is derived from my innate desire to better myself and those around me. I became a physical therapist to try and learn how to help people across the healthcare spectrum and as a CSCS assist in clients reaching their full potential. Treating patients and working with clients is an ongoing learning process, something new each day reinforces my commitment to health and fitness. Being more informed, educated and experienced allows me to better serve and share within my community.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I am currently on a 414 week Peloton streak, using their strength, bike, tread, and meditation classes. Most of my workouts are performed in the home gym and running outside. After turning 40, the focus became not only on the workouts, but diet/sleep/recovery. My wife is my workout partner and we often work out together which motivates me to continue pushing. At the end of 2025, we joined an amazing community at ISI to train HYROX and signed up for a race in early 2026! Let’s get it!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use it to broaden my reach into the community. I truly believe in simplifying injury prevention and $20,000 would help to provide the platform me to share my knowledge and experience with my community. It would also expand that community from locally to a much wider audience. Whether it would be better quality learning material, video production improvements or web enhancements, the money would go a long way to help achieve my goal of helping people feel their best!
