What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Longevity. The feeling of being healthy, not just the look. I wanna be an inspiration to others. As I’m about to turn 50, I wanna show age is just a number and if I can help or motivate just 1 person…I did my part in the fitness world

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I’m very active outside of the gym. My job calls for 20,000 steps/day. I keep my rest periods short to maintain a high heart rate. I’ve followed Vince Gironda’s method (8x8). It’s considered the “honest workout” because it emphasizes form and muscle engagement over heavy weights. Also GVT (German Volume Training) and HIIT. I try not to get complacent with my workouts. I like to mix it up to see what works best for the desired look and feel I’m training for, muscle confusion.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’m looking to buy a house and $20,000 would be a nice down payment.
