Receive Text UpdatesI’ve been training since I was 15, first as a bodybuilder and later as a personal trainer. After surviving gun violence, losing my leg in 2023, and overcoming addiction, fitness became my way back to life. Rebuilding myself taught me discipline, belief, and purpose. Today, my passion is fueled by helping amputees and anyone struggling see that healing, strength, and confidence are possible.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is intentional strength training rooted in control, adaptability, and purpose. As a former bodybuilder, personal trainer, and amputee, I train to rebuild—not just muscle, but confidence. Every workout is a reminder that progress is earned through consistency, not perfection. Fitness should empower people to trust their bodies again, no matter where they’re starting from.
What would you do with $20,000?would reinvest the $20,000 into expanding inclusive fitness and recovery access. As the owner of addiction and mental health treatment centers, I’ve seen how movement transforms lives. I’d fund adaptive training resources, scholarships, and outreach for amputees and people in recovery—helping them rebuild their bodies, restore belief, and reclaim their futures.
