Receive Text UpdatesRemember the movie freaky Friday? Were they switched bodies. I wish I could switch bodies with some of my buddies who are out of shape. You get to a point where you don’t have a good day unless you went to the gym. Your body starts to feel strong and capable, people treat you differently just based on your fitness level. I wish I could give that experience to someone who’s lacking discipline. It’s tough man, but at some point, the work out and the nutrition start to pay off. It’s awesome!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like slinging the big steel. I like listening to 90’s grunge in the garage with my son. We work on Big complex movements. The same ones that have worked for generations. Push Pull Legs Maximum weight doesn’t matter, maximum effort does. Somewhere between eight and 12 reps. Keep it simple, find something you like and do it. Motivation comes and goes, discipline is all you need. I have to prioritize the workout first thing, if I wait till later in the day, it’s probably not gonna happen.
What would you do with $20,000?We’re gonna donate some to begin with. Then use part of it to begin an investment portfolio for my kids. An online investment like Robinhood app so they can see in real time the benefits of investing and compound interest. Part of it we’ll use as capital to start a business. Teach the kids to be an entrepreneur. And then we’re gonna have fun with a little bit. Take a trip or have an experience together. And of course, we’ll have to buy a couple muscle and fitness magazines.
