What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion for health and fitness is fueled by staying natural, my faith in Jesus, my family, and building mental strength. Training keeps me disciplined, grounded, and focused on becoming the best version of myself—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Fitness isn’t just about the body; it’s about purpose, self-control, and showing up stronger every day. Romans 8:18 Never stop fighting everything and more will come!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train and stay fit is by building mental strength through God and prayer, making disciplined choices, and surrounding myself with the right friends and family. Staying accountable keeps me consistent, while daily structure and self-control push me to train with purpose. Fitness is more than workouts it’s a lifestyle built on faith, discipline, and responsibility. I train 6 days a week and an apple a day keeps the doctor away lol.

What would you do with $20,000?

Family first , I have got robbed multiple times And had my car stolen from me recently, also had to take out a loan for a new car and had that stolen and trying to fight for it currently. I have gone $30,000 in debt because of that and school so I would use half of it for paying that off and help the struggle . But The other half I’d use to help my mom with essential needs like getting a working stove and fridge because she deserves those essential needs and support, stability right now.
