What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I favor super sets and moving between sets. I’ve always felt training time is important and it’s better to keep moving instead of staying stagnant. I lunge 3-4 miles a week to keep my hips loose and legs strong. I train each part of my upper body twice a week and dedicate mobility doing physical labor for work, I need a day to strengthen the muscles i use for work even the small ones. “Your back is your job.” I spend 8 months out of the year doing some form of cardio, 4 months building.
