What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion comes from lived experience, not theory. Wellness isn’t about one thing—it’s the sum of how you train, eat, think, rest, and live. I’ve known both neglect and discipline, and I understand what’s truly at stake. Strength creates freedom. Fitness clears the mind, steadies the spirit, and helps a man show up fully for life. I train to lead by example. Age isn’t a limitation—it’s leverage.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is with intention—kettlebell work that builds power and resilience, combined with core training for control and stability, all supported by smart nutrition and targeted supplementation. I’m not chasing trends; I’m training for longevity, presence, and capability. Wellness is about staying ready for life, not just looking the part.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’d use $20,000 the same way I use my time—intentionally. I’d invest in my health, my education, and assets that compound over time. Some would go into building systems that help other men level up, and some into experiences with family. Money is a tool, not a trophy. The real return is freedom, impact, and longevity.
